A coastal holiday park redevelopment designed to enhance guest experience and long-term asset value. Agnes Water Holiday Park also introduced new accessible accommodation options to cater to all guests, including those with limited mobility.

The 4 Seabreeze Accessible Villas in the new redeveloped area of the resort were designed for independent wheelchair users, featuring two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and an outdoor deck with a BBQ. Surpassing the latest in accessible standards, the project also had significant certification and environmental requirements to adhere to due to being located close to the edge of a bushfire zoned area. Hence part of the project included installing a 60m Fire Resistant fence along an adjoining access road and specific fire protection properties to some of the villas within the nominated heat zone.

These new Villas were designed and delivered as part of NRMA Agnes Water Holiday Park’s commitment to inclusivity and comfort, ensuring that all guests can enjoy their stay.
