The $80M, 24-room boutique hotel development in the heart of Byron Bay, delivered a 3 story high-quality, design-led accommodation offering, with basement carparking. With being Byron’s first 5 star hotel it included a rooftop cocktail bar and rooftop pool with views over Byron Bay. With a signature restaurant, the boutique hotel boasts an array of high-end accommodation, including 16 hotel rooms, 6 suites and 2 two-bedroom hotel rooms.  Epic Vision Project Management provided client-side project management, ensuring the project achieved definitive 5 star hotel standards that also enhanced the guest experience.

Part of the DA conditions were that there needed to be a strong public amenity maintained. This was done throughout the entire length of the site, with a public walkway from front to rear featuring access to the hotel lobby and retail. Delivering lush landscaping at ground level and above, this created a cool, calming environment with specialist lighting for all to enjoy.
