Brad Charles is one of Australia's most experienced client-side Project Directors, with a career delivering some of the country's most significant hospitality, tourism and mixed-use developments. He specialises in transforming complex ideas into commercially successful destinations that guests return to time and again.

As the former Senior Manager of Design and Delivery at The Star Entertainment Group, Brad led the delivery of the $375 million Gold Coast expansion before overseeing planning for the landmark $2 billion Broadbeach Island Masterplan, including approval of its five-tower mixed-use precinct. He was also a key member of the Queen's Wharf Brisbane bid team, giving him extensive experience navigating complex planning, stakeholder and government approval processes.

Today, Brad works alongside venue owners, developers and boards to deliver projects ranging from boutique refurbishments to major hospitality, sporting and mixed-use developments. Known for combining strategic thinking with practical delivery experience, he helps clients reduce risk, maximise value and create exceptional places people want to visit.
