A comprehensive master plan to guide future redevelopment of one of the region’s most popular golf clubs. Epic Vision Project Management presented the Club with an opportunity to secure a long term investment partner and the ability to provide multiple revenue streams. The Coolangatta Tweed Heads Golf Club Alliance, was lead by Epic Vision Project Management with partners Plus Architects and Alder Developments. The overall process identified different opportunities which could be staged to meet the clubs needs, to enhance revenue, improve facilities and maximise site potential.
