A new extension to an existing surf club facility designed to support both community use and commercial operations. Epic Vision Project Management provided project leadership to deliver a functional, durable and well-integrated coastal asset. With a 25m training pool on the top floor of the new venue, the structural requirements for the building were much more than any standard building resembling more a unique residential tower or resort with pool and spar facilities at higher levels. With providing an improved expanded dining experience and new bar, and multiple levels, some used as additional function space, the project ensured it catered for the ever increasing growth which continued to flow from locals and holiday makers alike.
